We drove by this restaurant and missed it the first time. änkôr is housed in a small, quaint space. The chef brilliantly fuses his Québécois heritage with Japanese techniques from Sapporo. We chose to have the tasting menu be a surprise. The coolest part was pairing the bold ingredients with sake and tasting the difference.
